I'm in the South of France right now, so needless to say, I can't control quite as much of my food intake as I might if I were back in London. I'm pretty pleased that I've essentially been able to keep to Zana's programme of crunches and squats to keep up the resistance work.

In the meantime, I've attempted a few runs. Today's was the second 5k run to try to make up for the sessions I'm missing. Plus, with my dog looking up at me so pleadingly I can hardly say no! Zana's been specific in telling me that I really need to concentrate on maintaining the rigid diet of fat and protein, and doing the resistance training, so cardio is not a priority. I see a real difference, particularly round my stomach.

I have five more sessions left at Eudocogym, its time to seriously up the ante to get 2011 onto a glowing start!
