Like any beauty junkie, I love a good manicure, but the truth is, after doing the dishes, washing my hair and devotedly applying my hand cream at my desk, they don't last quite as long as I'd like.
So during my recent mani appointment at Groom, where I opted for the sunny and cheerful Silken Cord by Essie, I was resigned to seeing chips in my lacquer in a matter of days. Well, that was a week ago, and it wasn't even a gel. My fingers look pristine and as though they just stepped out of the salon.
I'm officially a convert - might see if I can make it last for two.
