The classes are a combination of high energy boxing moves (punches, jabs, ducks and weaves) made tougher with the use of resistance bands, along with sit-ups, planks and squats on the vibrating plate. This has got me firmer in places I didn't know I could be. The real draw is that classes are a mere 30 minutes, (apparently comparable to 90 minutes in the gym, which I can just about believe) making them easy to slot in before work or during lunch.
To make a real difference to your figure fast, you would need to go to 3 classes per week for 6 weeks. Pre-book now for January and you'll have your New Year resolution all sorted before a mince pie has even passed your lips.
