When I last had my fringe cut I told my stylist to be careful not to accidentally cut my lashes as I was growing them. He found this hilarious. Over the last couple of months I have really made an effort to grow my lashes as long as possible and have been using a trio of products to get them healthy and long. Even taking in to account a slight lash disaster involving a pair of scissors (it’s a long story), my lashes are undoubtedly longer and more luscious than ever. My daily routine goes a little like this: I use RapidLash (£39.99) with polypeptides and proteins to makes lashes grow by making them stronger and less likely to fall out, every morning and night. During the day I have been wearing Rimmel London Lash Accelerator Mascara (£8.99) containing ingredients to promote growth, and at night after my RapidLash I apply a final coating of Blink Luscious Lash Oil (£16), which contains moisturising sweet almond oil, lavender and rosewood. A bit OTT? Maybe. But the proof is in the lashes.
