A little refined luxury for the last day of shows in Paris. At Elie Saab skin was perfected and sculpted in bronze shades while eyes were washed in lime green in the corners that faded into brown on the temples. Coats of brown mascara (less harsh than black when paired with pastels according to make-up artist Tom Pecheux) and layers of false lashes (MAC's number 33 to be exact) were added for a feminine flutter while lips were slicked in a perfect shade of nude that Pecheux called 'the colour of real women's lips'. And to add the final element of luxury, hairstylist Orlando Pita blow dried hair until smooth so it curled underneath at the ends. Extra pieces were added for volume and body and one side of hair tucked behind the ear just before models took to the runway.
