A chilly early morning start at Mary Katrantzou today where fittingly faces were washed in icy pastel shades which make-up artist Val Garland described 'as all the colours of Laduree macaroons'. Lips were a bluish tone of the palest pink while cheeks had the merest hint of blush. Eyes meanwhile were customised to clash with each model's outfit so pink dresses were matched with acid lemon eyes and so on. Hair was suitably low key too, looped ponytails that sat just below the crown of heads that bounced as they walked down the catwalk. All in all a lesson in pure beauty.
