Neals Yard Remedies (NYR) is launching its first colour collection in September. A concise range, it comprises a mineral eyeshadow £10.25, in four shades, pencil eyeliner £9, in three hues and six different lip glosses, £9. These are the first ever colour products to be Soil Association certified (no easy feat since the Soil Association's accreditations are rightly, yet notoriously hard to gain).
Worthy of special note is that the lip glosses are 87% organic and contain NYRs Organic Beauty Oil - an edible supplement to improve your skin, hair and nails. Since one of NYRs make-up artists shared with me the fact that in our lifetimes we consume around 4-7 pounds of lip products, these glosses should - in theory - make you more beautiful inside and out.
