-No weight loss

-Toned bottom, thighs and calves

-I loved it, I’m just about to terminate my gym membership for the summer and join!

- I haven’t lost any weight but I generally feel much better.

- Combining the kettlebells with other forms of exercise has definitely helped me look more trim.

- I probably won’t stick to kettlebells mainly because I found them so difficult to work with due to my lack of strength! Iinstead I am going to work with lighter weights in the gym and supplement with cardio.

Kat Webster, Picture Editor, Gymbox (various classes)

- No weight loss.

- My arms and stomach are def more toned.

- I really enjoyed trying all the different classes. It was challenging, which I like, but I probably won't stick to it as I prefer doing my own thing in the gym and outdoors

Emma Sells, Fashion Editor, Zumba at LA Fitness

- No weight loss. I think that if I did it more than once a week then it would make a difference.

- I’m fitter. I’m putting more effort into the classes each week and finding them easier. And, combined with the daily exercises that I’ve been doing, it’s definitely helped to tone my limbs. I don’t look like Jennifer Aniston yet but I’m on my way.

-  I’m be tempted to continue with Zumba. It’s been really good to get into the habit of exercising, and it’s a pretty easy way to start, perfect for fitness-phobes like me. And I don’t just have to go the classes either – I’ve got my hands on a couple of the DVD’s so I can salsa away in the comfort of my own home.

-Lost 4 pounds

-Slimmer thighs, more tone to my upper arms and flatter tummy

-I am definitely carrying on the running and will be off to BMF on Wednesday for the red class so will let you know how I get on!

Carrie Gorman, Editor, Power Plate and Thalgo creams

-          lost 2lbs. Imagine what I could have done if I ate less?

-          Slimmer legs, more toned arms, a firm tummy and I swear I’ve got less cellulite. Must be the vibrations wobbling away my toxins and the slimming creams smoothing things over…

-          All this for 30 mins, 3 times a week? I definitely want to continue Power Plate but team it with running to keep my heart fit as well.
