Gwen Stefani is L'Oreal's latest face

'I can’t believe I get to be one of the L’Oréal Paris girls,' Gwen said, 'I love playing dress up, on stage or shooting videos, it’s always been one of my favourite parts of being in a band.' The star will join the brand's long list of A-list stars including Jennifer Lopez, Eva Longoria, Beyonce Knowles and ELLE's cover star Cheryl Cole who get to say the iconic words ‘because you’re worth it’.

'To get to work with such a modern, talented group of people is really exciting. I’m a lucky, lucky girl,’ she said.

Now, surely there is only one product the star could be endorsing for her first campaign - red lipstick! A look she has made her signature, wearing it for everything from red carpet appearances to off-duty days out. And sure enough, Gwen's first campaign is for L'Oreal Infallible Le Rouge lip colour and excitingly the ad will makes its TV debut during this Sunday's Golden Globes. We can't wait to watch it.
