Lanvin to launch lipsticks for H&M

The beauty team here at ELLEuk.com appreciate an exciting designer/high street collaboration when we see one. But, now we can get really excited because it has been confirmed that the Lanvin collection for H&M, hitting stores in November, will include lipsticks.

Fragrance aside, this will be Lanvin's first foray into cosmetics. We have tried to trick information about the products from the team at H&M but their lips are sealed, so we can only guess at what they will be like. If past catwalk shows are anything to go by, indicators point to a nude colour palette. Models at this season’s show had natural lips while s/s 09 saw natural pinks. However a/w 09 did see Alber Elbaz’s girls with a striking red lip – and we liked it.
