From Tuesday 1 June and for every day in June, Matt - responsible for Naomi Campbell and Tom Ford's honed physiques - will be giving you daily diet and fitness instructions so that you can fit in to that dress and be bikini-ready by July. He's your personal trainer for the month of June. And he's free. Click back every day to find out your fitness instructions for the day. Matt's fun workouts and easy to follow tips will keep you motivated to feel and look better.
