Beauty trends are born backstage at the fashion weeks in New York, London, Milan and Paris, and the A-list are often the first to road test the looks. Here are the six key catwalk hair trends for autumn/winter and the celebrities who have already put the looks through its red carpet paces.
If you hadn’t already noticed ponytails are going to be huge this season. Kate has opted for a sleek ponytail worn at the nape of the neck. She’s ensured it’s flattering by side parting the front section and slightly backcombing the crown for extra height.
A low bun placed at the nape of the neck is not only easy to do, it’s super flattering too – especially paired with a soft side fringe like Kate’s.
