Miles away from that dodgy dolphin design you got every year on your annual family holiday to the Costa Del Sol, traditional henna is the ridiculously beautiful body art we're obsessed with.
And now you can get it with super sparkly glitter.
Guinness World Record holder for being the fastest henna artist, founder of Pavan Henna and celeb henna artist (Perrie Edwards and Ellie Goulding are fans), Pavan Ahluwalia, let us in on her secrets for working the trend:
'Glitter henna is a great alternative to traditional brown henna as it only lasts 6-8 hours, so it's perfect for a night out. Instead of wearing a necklace or bracelets, get some silver henna done instead.
You can buy the glitter gels or get some loose glitter and mix it into body glue to make your own. If you're not so confident doing it yourself, you can visit the Pavan Henna bar in Selfridges or Harvey Nichols, or buy a hand chart to practice on first.
The key is to find a henna cone that's not too big for your hand and keep the pressure consistent as you draw your design. It's all about practice!'
