And dont even get her started on Bikram yoga. I just started yoga, although I also tried Bikram yoga last week and I almost vomited. You have to be upside down and there is sweat streaming off people like a waterfall, and you have to pay for it!

And when it comes to her beauty regime its equally low maintenance swearing by concealer, a little mascara and sunscreen all over [SPF] 30 on the body and [SPF] 50 on the face.
