We loved the slightly bonkers Goop gift guides (the most expensive yurt on earth anyone?), and their classic annual staff photo where you discover your aura gave us serious inspo for our next office Christmas 'do, but now Gwyneth Paltrow's infamous lifestyle brand has brought us the health supplement we've been waiting for.

And the names are kind of hilarious.

From 'Why Am I So Effing Tired' that, you guessed it, helps to counter adrenal fatigue - i.e. the cause of your exhaustion, to 'Balls In The Air' designed to help you 'do it all' and 'The Mother Load' that supports mothers pre, during and post baby, the supplements are in theory a one stop shop for getting back on your game.

Containing an industry expert-curated collection of vitamins in each sachet, the supplements are sort of like trail mix for your mood.

Need a decent injection of pep? Alejandro Junger MD's 'Why Am I So Effing Tired' mix contains omega-3, licorice root, an adaptogenic blend (herbs that help the body adapt to stress), and a phytonutrient multivitamin to turn your energy levels up to 11.

Storming it at the gym but the scales are irritatingly consistent? Hormone guru Dr Sara Gottfried's'High School Genes' helps reset your metabolism using copper and zinc to for your thyroid (which slows down after 40), B vitamins for your adrenal gland and decaffeinated green tea to promote healthy insulin production.

At $90 for a month's supply it won't be fitting into our day to day budget quite as easily as Berocca, but for health fanatics looking for a lifestyle boost, we reckon it's worth a try.

Let's keep those balls in the air, people.
