Ridiculously chic (we dare you to name one other person who could pull off that pink ombrè sequin Vivetta suit), totally chill and with natural curls so good we add pictures of them to our Pinterest board on a daily basis, Zendaya is the down to earth uber babe we like to think we'd totally be BFFs with.

So when the 20-year-old revealed on her website that her latest beauty obsession was the slightly disgusting but totally satisfying Baby Foot peel, our love for her was cemented.

Why? Because any celeb that openly does a beauty routine as gross and un-fabulous as we know ours can be is our kind of celeb.

Showing her love for the less glamorous side of A-list beauty routines (hey, those feet won't peel themselves), Zendaya confessed in a post called, 'I Tried A Foot Peel!!!' that, 'I recently bought this foot peel because I have rough a*s feet.'

Firstly, can we love Zendaya anymore? Rough a*s feet and all.

Secondly, if you've got dino feet (as we like to call them) , then a foot peel will sort you out. But patience is key, as the Spider-Man: Homecoming actress discovered:

'I tried it and was like, "This is bullshit," because nothing happened. Then a couple weeks later, I was like, "What the f*#k is wrong with my feet!?" They looked a mess and were seriously peeling like crazy. But, it was actually great. It worked really well and my feet were so smooth after! (I'd show you a pictures, but you'd probably throw up!)'

Mmmmmm foot peel.

Still not sure what we're going on about?

Simply put, a foot peel involves wearing a plastic sock filled with a combination of salicylic and glycolic acid which exfoliate the dead skin from your feet.

So, if you don't have a couple of spare hours to pumice (read - cheese grate) your way to softer soles, a foot peel could be for you.

But you have to be prepared to hide your feet for at least a week. Why? Because although at first it might seem as if you've been duped and worn weird squishy plastic socks for no reason, on day three or four the peeling starts, and boy does it start.

Squeamish readers, you've been warned. For those of you who actually look forward to sunburn peel, well, you can thank us later.

Just don't be tempted to peel before the skin is ready to come off - let the product do the work, not you!
