It was the hair cut that did it - Kimberly Stewart's elfin crop transformed her from L.A. party girl into a serious fashion and beauty maven overnight. Kimberly spends much of her time in London hanging out with scenesters like Peaches Geldof and Kelly Osbourne, so her look had to evolve.
