The gorgeous Charlize eats sensibly but doesn’t fall for fad diets. ‘I’m careful to eat a healthy balance of foods’, she says. She eats six small meals a day, and if she’s cutting out carbs then she makes sure to eat loads of protein-rich foods. ‘If I fancy a burger, rather than deprive myself I’ll eat a quarter of one’ – that girl’s got willpower. Charlize loves being really active and enjoys keeping fit outdoors, counting cycling, kayaking and walking among her favourite exercises.
