Gwyneth is well-known for her healthy, clean-living lifestyle and in the last few months she has transformed in to a goddess with a healthy appetite for statement, designer footwear.
Slim but not skinny, with a red-carpet posture even when walking Apple and Moses in the streets of Manhattan, Gwyneth is the epitome of the beautiful, healthy American woman; but she has recently adopted the Glamazonian-esque figure that 80s Supermodels Cindy Crawford and Claudia Schiffer flaunted back in the 80s and more recently the likes of Gisele and Heidi Klum happily flaunt today.
She gave up her strict macrobiotic diet when pregnant with her second child, Moses, ' I had to listen to my body' she says, and now maintains a healthy balanced diet of home cooked meals made with fresh ingredients, grilled fish and casseroles. The secret to her perfectly honed figure is her personal trainer Tracey Anderson - who also trains her good friend Madonna. The secret to Tarcey's success with both girls is her unique Hybrid Body Reformer machine (similar to a Pilates Reformer.) Tracey can work miracles, having whipped Gwyneth back in to shape after two children in just 10 days. To keep things interesting she changes Gwyneth's routine every ten days or so, and will tailor it to whatever area Gwyneth wants to work on.
And of course, training with Madonna helps - having a friend to work out with has helped Gwyn get fitter quicker.
