Halle’s athletic, Bond Girl figure isn't easy to achieve. She also loves gymnastics. ‘I'm a really good gymnast. I can do splits and back handsprings’. Halle has type-2 diabetes so she can’t afford to eat whatever she fancies. She has 5 small meals a day which are high in protein and low in carbs, and she avoids bad fats and sugar. ‘I’ve learned not to eat a huge portion just because it’s on my plate’. If she does overindulge, she spends a day catching up with scrambled egg white, broccoli and stewed fruit.
