Renée is the most famous yo-yo dieter in Hollywood, from curvacious for Bridget Jones to super-slim for ‘Chicago’, she’s tried every diet going: The Zone, Atkins, The Hamptons Diet… She’s insatiable! She loves running, and with her iPod blaring out her favourite tunes, she can run for up to 12 miles, while her trainer Tracy Effinger gets her to work up a sweat combining yoga, dance and pilates (click here for the newest pilates craze). At the moment Renée’s diet is all about rationing portions by using everyday objects to measure by.
