EVERYONE'S DOING...DARK LIPS

While most of us are sorting out our beauty bags and packing away our dark lipsticks in favour of acid brights, a heavier, darker lip shade can add edge to spring's romantic and floral trends. Lily has paired her ditzy floral Luella dress with deep plum lips channelling a rockier vibe for evening, and if you've already started flaunting spring's lighter fabrics and nude hues (ala Melissa George) then nothing looks more striking than a contrasting dark lip shade. Just remember to keep it matte and apply with a lipstick brush for perfect, look-at-me, lips.
