Eva used to be an aerobics teacher and we can tell. She loves exercise and works hard on her figure with two sessions of kickboxing, and three one-hour sessions with her personal trainer, Patrick Murphy each week. Patrick puts her through her paces with body crunching exercises such as squats and crunches, lunges, leg presses and cardio sessions.
All this exercise means Eva eats what she wants including her favourite, spaghetti with meatballs.
