Heidi Klum was back on the catwalk for lingerie brand Victoria’s Secret within days of having her baby! She did this with the help of celebrity trainer David Kirsch, author of The Ultimate New York Body Plan. Kirch’s speciality is helping clients achieve a pert and perfectly formed bottom and stomach using a stability ball and concentrated, “quality exercise” for women without much time to dedicate to the gym.
Heidi’s tip for eating out: snack on a leafy salad with vinegar before hitting the restaurant. The dressing works to suppress the appetite, which means you’re less likely to order a starter and a dessert!
