Super- beauty Kate Moss, 34, admits that she does depend on some form of diet to maintain her tiny frame these days. One of her favourites is 'The Vibrancy Diet’.
This is a mix of pro-biotic yoghurt, toast and fruits for breakfast and chicken with vegetables or grilled fish for lunch. Kate's also got a regular exercise regime which includes meditation, relaxation, and yoga as well as working out at a gym, where she runs and does resistance training about four times a week. Kate knows she can put weight on easily simply from eating out and often doesn’t sleep for entire days, which is known to badly affect the metabolism, making it sluggish. To help counter a sluggish metabolism, she has been known to occasionally follow pal Sadie Frost’s Dr Joshi diet, but also eats at intervals of three hours which keeps the body in 'fat burning mode' - a trick used many bodybuilders and fitness models.
