In six weeks David - the trainer the A-list has on speed dial - promises weight loss of up to a stone, plus a drop of up to three dress sizes, and five inches around the waist.
For Lily, David advised intensive diet and training sessions to help her tone her legs. Over the duration of one of David’s six week one-on-one courses Lily lost weight all over, noticeably from her face and arms, and dropped two dress sizes in four weeks - cutting out sugar and wheat and filling up on fish, lean meats and steamed veg all helped too. In addition, Lily drank a special juice of ginger, beetroot, carrot, apple and celery, as well as concentrated artichoke and celery juice tonics three times a day.
David works hard on Lily’s exercise regime, working out every other day to target her problem areas and introducing controlled weight training to her fitness plan.
