When Rachel Weisz needed to slim down from a size 12 to a svelte 8 for her part in The Mummy Returns, she turned to the Body Doctor David Marshall; ‘he took me safely down from a size 12 to size 8 in just six weeks. David's is the only form of exercise I've ever been able to stick to,’ Rachel said. In fact, she was so impressed with her results that the producers of The Mummy Returns hired Marshall to set up a gym at Shepperton Studios and train the whole cast. Rachel also follows ‘The 5 Factor’ a diet and fitness program devised by Harley Pasternak that skips carbohydrate counting, food measuring and time-consuming exercise routines. The plan is made up of five, 25-minute workouts per week (all of which can be done using only a set of dumbbells and a bench) and eating five healthy meals per day.
