She also keeps trim following the Zone diet. Devised by Dr. Barry Sera, the Zone diet is a careful balance of crabs, protein and fat. It advises small portions and limiting alcohol or sugar. The Zone involves rules such as never ever going out on an empty stomach and having a small snack (such as an apple) an hour before stepping out, instead of opting for bread or mixed nuts. You fill up on low-fat protein but only in a portion about the size of your palm, but you can go binge on vegetables and salad.
