Since arriving in L.A gym phobic Victoria, who says she watches what she eats but rarely used to exercise, has now started working out at the gym. 'David puts music on my iPod and Gordon Ramsay bought me trainers where you have a little chip so you can clock how far you’re running.’ She says of her new found love of training. Victoria’s new regime includes running for miles everyday. ‘I run four miles, seven days a week. I feel energised and healthy -there are really nice gyms in lA and I just enjoy it. I need that self-discipline to get up in the morning, drop the kids off at school then go to the gym. I can think properly then go home and do some work. But I do feel so much better.’ Running strengthens legs and not many exercises are more efficient at helping drop a few dress sizes.
When it comes to dieting, Victoria is known to be very strict with herself, one of her favourite, past diets consisted of just Edamame beans, strawberries and lettuce - Edamame provide protein and heart healthy isoflavones, and strawberries provide a variety of vitamins and antioxidants. She also drinks peppermint tea to keep her weight down. She reportedly drank this throughout an entire flight from LA to London rather than consuming any airplane food.
