If you never feel full, constantly over eat and feel ravenous the very minute you embark on a diet – then a course of Hoodia tablets could be a good way to kick start a long term change of eating habits.
Rules
Hoodia is essentially a natural way to suppress the appetite and tablets are made from the Hoodia cactus plant which grows in the African desert. Native tribes have been eating the plant for years to stop hunger pangs whilst on long hunting trips. The herb sends a message to your brain to make it think the body is full so hunger pangs are kept at bay and by taking 1 to 3 tablets an hour before each meal you will find yourself filling up on far less calories and are not tempted to over eat or finish what’s on your plate for the sake of it. Snacking too should become a distant memory.
It takes around 2 days to notice a real difference and luckily there are no horrible side effects although some people will experience bloating.

Pros
You can keep eating what you want as these tablets make you feel full quicker, you will end up consuming fewer calories. They'll work even better if you follow a fairly healthy diet too!
Cons
These tablets will work if you stop eating when you feel full (we lost five pounds) and learn to listen to the body’s physical needs rather than emotional ones! But if you still find yourself eating for comfort or to alleviate boredom you may need to address your relationship with food first.
