Yesterday Tom Craggs (@thomascraggs), adidas PT & conditioning consultant, came and lead our Wednesday Run.

After a warm-up jog to Regent's Park he had us complete an animal-inspired circuit with frog jumps and bear crawls included, so good, so tiring. But, the best exercise we did was after the circuits. We had to do various ab exercises - the usual planks and then The Finger Crusher, heard of it? Us neither.

The exercise is tough but not hideous and is, according to Tom, incredibly good at strengthening both the lower abs and pelvic floor - perfect for females and runners (or running females). We could explain it to you, but we thought Tom may as well just show you.
