Olympic Heptathlete Louise Hazel invited me to join #TeamHazel at the British Heart Foundation 5k in Hyde Park to help raise money and awareness for the chartity. Coronary heart disease kills three times as many women as breast cancer, so I was proud to support Louise on the day. It was an incredibly heart-warming event with both small children and grown adults coming together for a good such a good cause.
It's the charities 40th anniversary of its flagship event The London to Brighton Bike Ride next year, so expect to hear lots more on that. Registration for the ride opens january, but you can register your interest here.
