Stand with feet slightly wider than hip width apart and a soft bend in the knees
Bring palms to the floor trying to keep legs as straight as possible
Walk hands forward to a plank position so your back is straight and your hands are under your shoulders
Bring your chest down towards the floor into a push up position turning the elbows out (Bring the knees to the floor to make it easier if you need to)
Walk hands back and tap your toes remembering to keep legs as straight as you can...
REPEAT for 60 secs.
