Plank Shoulder Taps

This week's #MondayMove is a different take on the plank.

'The plank is the ultimate core move and this variation makes it a little bit more exciting', explains Anya Lahiri, trainer at Barry's Bootcamp London. 'It works not only the abs but also the arms, shoulders and back'.

Take a plank postion on your hands and toes with your hands directly under your shoulders and your feet hip width apart

Draw your core in and keep your bum down

Tap the right shoulder with the left hand

Return to start postition 

Tap the left shoulder with the right hand

REPEAT for 60 secs or until failure
