Sumo squat with twist

This week's #MondayMove is  'a great variation on the traditional squat that works the inner thighs and lower body while also focusing on the core,' says Anya Lahiri, trainer at Barry's Bootcamp.

Stand with a wide stance and your toes turned out as much as is comfortable

Squat down as far as you can go making sure not to let your knees go over your toes

Hold that squat position and cross your arms over your chest

Twist your torso from the Left back to Centre and then to the right while trying to hold the squat

Try not to move your knees inwards, just rotate through the torso

Repeat for 60 secs
