Knee Hug Crunch

Lie on your back
 
Stretch your arms out straight behind you and extend your legs, make sure your heels are off the floor

Interlace your fingers

Crunch your shoulders off the floor and tuck your knees into your chest, be careful to keep your chin away from your chest as you crunch

Reach your arms over your knees as if giving yourself a hug and touch your fingertips to the top of your laces

Return to start position making sure your heels never touch the floor

REPEAT 3 sets of 30 secs
