Start standing with legs hip width apart, then squat down to the floor.

As you stand up, rotate to the left and bring your right elbow across your body to meet your left knee.

Return to a squat position and repeat but turning to the right this time and bringing your left elbow across to meet your knee.

Repeat 10 times on each side.
