We’re running out of adjectives to use describe the Beyoncé body – but safe to say it’s a physique we’re mighty jealous of. But good news: Queen Bey has shown the world exactly how she achieves her super-toned/magnificent/bootylicious (where’s a thesaurus when you need one?) shape, and it only takes 15 seconds!

OK, OK, not quite. But Beyoncé HAS posted a cute – and informative – Instagram video of herself in the gym, following a toning workout condensed into just a few short seconds. The clip, captioned ‘Celebrating the 5th anniversary of Let’s Move’, is a tribute to the US fitness campaign started by Michelle Obama, and shows Mrs Carter doing a range of body weight exercises including knee-lifts, lunges and crunches. 

We love it because: 1) They’re all moves simple enough for anyone to try; 2) You don’t need hi-tech equipment; and 3) It’s Beyoncé. Jumping about. At SUPER-SPEED. Which means we could basically watch it all day…
