Get into plank position on your hands and toes

Keep your back flat, core engaged and bum down

Jump both knees into your chest at the same time

Land lightly on your toes 

Jump backwards landing your legs wide

Repeat as quickly and as many as you can in 30 seconds, take a 15 second break and go again.
