The move: Twisting Lunges.

Lunges are good for your glutes and legs, but when you rotate at the same time you engage your core and obliques and make yourself off balance, so all of the muscles in your ankles need to switch on to keep you stable.

The difficulty level: The first ten are a piece of cake, but once you hit 40 you'll start to feel it

The burn factor: 6/10
