The move: Rotating plank

Keep your hips still. They’ll want to overturn, but don’t let them. This will work your core, while holding yourself with work your shoulder stabilisers. Great for the arms and abs.

The difficulty level: The first few reps will be easy, but after a while your arms might get the shakes. This is good, it's a different level of muscle twitch that usually indicates intense work that challenges the neuromuscular system
