The move: Incline diamond push up

The diamond push up targets your triceps more than any other push up. The key is to make your thumbs touch, your index fingers touch and keep your elbows close to your body. You need stability for this move which will also engage your core muscles. 

The difficulty level: Not going to lie, this is difficult. When done right, you will really feel it in your triceps (back part of your upper arm). Focus on breathing in as you lower and out as you push up, it will help. 

The burn factor: 8/10
