The move: V Sit
This is an effective abdominal and core exercise that works the rectus abdominis, the external obliques and internal obliques while also engaging the hip flexors.
The difficulty level: It can get as difficult or easy as you want, based on how much arm power you use to stabilise yourself. Lean back until you can feel your abs are engaged and then release your hands to hold. This will bring on the burn.
