The move: One legged squats

Even if you train regularly, performing a one legged squat is a unique skill that requires patience and practice to master. The full range motion will simultaneously train strength, balance, and mobility, so it's definitely worth the effort. 

The difficulty level: Balance will be an issue, there's no doubt about it. If you're starting out for the first time, squat down onto a chair or hold onto a pole/bar until you feel comfortable enough to do it without any assistance.
