To celebrate our Body Issue, we've kicked off a 30-Day Challenge designed by celebrity and Victoria's Secret Angels trainer Dan Roberts to boost our energy and fitness levels for all the summer happenings we plan to get into.

The move: Incline dips
Dips strengthen your chest, triceps and the front of your shoulder muscles. Compared to other resistance exercises, like the bench press, the dip is a functional exercise in which you train your entire upper body and not just one muscle.
The difficulty level: You can make this as hard or easy as you like, but the one we are doing in the video will get your muscles shaking. For an easier version, put your feet on the ground. The closer they are to you, the easier it will be.
The burn factor: 7/10
