The move: Advanced V sit

Executing the V-Up with proper form is vital for maximizing abdominal strength. It primarily targets the rectus abdominis, which is the flat muscle that lies on top of your abs and the deep-seated transversus abdominis, which helps to pull your stomach in toward your spine. Secondary muscles that come into play are the middle and upper back as well as the quadriceps and hamstrings.

The difficulty level: It can be quite challenging for beginners as it requires a certain amount of core strength and balance. If you're having trouble holding the position, try our challenge from Day 9.
