The move: Double leg raise

Work your abs and obliques with this simple move. It's a great exercise for those of you who find crunches a bit painful on your back. Tip: put a matt down if your hips stick out a bit, to avoid any bruising when you lift your legs.  

The difficulty level: You will shake, but by the time you feel as though you can't hold it any longer, you'll be finished.  

The burn factor: 5/10
