The move: Decline Press

Decline push ups increase the intensity and difficulty of a standard push up and help you build shoulder strength faster.  

The difficulty level: The higher your feet are placed, the more severe the decline angle, and the more significant the isolation on specific muscle fibers. 

The burn factor: 8/10
