The move: Plank Tap

This exercise strengthens the anterior core, specifically the muscles that produce and control rotation. If you do any rotational sports such as tennis or golf, this one is for you.  

The difficulty level: It's a lot harder to keep your hips square than you think, so really focus on not moving them.   

The burn factor: 6/10
