The move: Fast Sao Paulo Kicks 

So this is exactly the same as Day 25, just faster! As Dan says 'it's a bit like break dancing' so have fun! 

The difficulty: Although the idea of this move is to speed things up a bit, you must make sure that your technique is on point. 

The burn factor: 6/10
